History/Growth

1974

Pre-foundation and Company Formation

Adolf Metals AKA Adolf Mettale was officially founded in 1974 but began operational in 1976. Adolf Metals was first formed in 1968 by Adolf Klaus, the company failed to meet with government financing cut mark and was closed down in 1971. In 1974, Adolf Klaus a German metallurgical engineer, and Baldwin Schools a British petrochemical engineer decided to form a company. With both bringing their expertise and financial contributions, share capital; Adolf Klaus and Baldwin Schools 89% and 11% respectively. The company's net worth is £12.8B.
